If you get an error stating:
Transaction not Found: The requested transaction could not be found.
This could happen for 2 reasons:
- You are not logged into your Packix account.
- You are logged into the wrong Packix account. Many users have multiple accounts without realizing they do.
To fix the issue:
Try signing in to the correct Packix account. If you can't figure out what Packix account was used to for the purchase, contact Packix support with the purchase reference number from the receipt emailed to you.
